My husband and I were very pleased with the service both to and from Logan airport. The drivers were courteous, friendly, helpful, all in all terrific. The people I dealt with on the phone when I made inquiries and later reservations, could not have been more helpful.

The shuttle to the airport got us there in plenty of time for our flight, and on our return the driver was waiting when we left the terminal.

I would and have recommended your service to others. As for what you could do to improve, as far as our trip went, nothing!

We were very pleased with the services provided. We got so involved in the wedding festivities that we neglected to call the driver as agreed around 7 PM. When we did remember to call him, he indicated that he was already on his way. He was very patient as we gathered our group and said goodbyes, etc.

Unfortunately, one member of our party was rather intoxicated and was quite rude to the driver. He wanted to bring an open container on board, and was not happy about taking "no" for an answer. The driver politely, but perisistently and professionally, explained that that was illegal and would not be allowed. Between the driver's professional manner and our intervention, we were able to quiet the individual as we proceeded home.

We would not hesitate to use your services again and would definately recommend it to others.

I would like to let you know that we enjoyed our ride to Boston. Dick B. was very pleasant and we felt safe riding with him. He added a special touch when he picked us up in Boston with bottled water and treats in the SUV for us. I can not tell you how thoughtful we thought that was.
